orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with standard USPS shipping typically taking 2-5 business days. if you need your order sooner, you can select priority shipping at checkout for an additional fee. once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. if an incorrect shipping address is provided, reshipping fees will apply. for packages marked as delivered or lost, please contact USPS directly or file a claim with the carrier. once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing shipments.
we allow for returns within 14 days of delivery. the item must be in the same condition, unworn, unused, with tags. sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. you will need to provide return shipping. to start a return and to receive the return address, please email us at addelynnbrand@gmail.com.
after receiving and inspecting your order, we will send you store credit for the amount of the item!
